2,000-acre Strategic Development Plan created for the University of Florida and the City of Gainesville.
Collaboration between the University, the City of Gainesville, and Alachua County was open and transparent.
The Strategic Development Plan identifies opportunities for partnerships in innovation, entrepreneurship, governance, education, sustainability, urban design, culture, recreation, and transportation.
