Project Description
- Landmark mixed-use project on Chicago’s “Magnificent Mile” along North Michigan Avenue incorporates two development phases: Phase 1, the 235,000-sf retail block, and Phase 2, the 390,000-sf Peninsula Chicago hotel, built above the retail.
- With 339-rooms, the hotel is set back from the Avenue to reinforce the three- to four-story street-level scale; a two-story “sky lobby” welcomes guests.
- The flagship shopping destination for six national retail brands engages pedestrian’s on all four sides of the block.
