Project Description
- One of the most successful vertical retail complex in Manhattan, the 364,000-sf podium was designed by Elkus Manfredi and features a five-story galleria at the heart of the 2.2‑million-sf Deutsche Bank Center (formerly Time Warner Center), which was master planned by Elkus Manfredi.
- With a soaring atrium linking its two wings, the galleria showcases 40 luxury retailers, six restaurants, and one of the City’s largest supermarkets.
- The galleria curves concentrically with Columbus Circle, connecting the neighborhoods around it by continuing the City’s natural pedestrian flow into and through its grand space.
