International Business Consultant
- Elkus Manfredi has worked closely with this global management consultant over more than a decade to support the evolution of the company’s headquarters into a 21st-century workplace. The first collaboration in 2005 created an 80,000-sf corporate office design, transforming the headquarters into a collaborative workspace environment that also supports focused, heads-down work.
- The new offices prioritized a centrally located gathering space, team areas, acoustical privacy, daylit interiors, and a view-filled “corner office” environment for the in-house support team.
- In 2013, Elkus Manfedi created a free-addressing suite for 70% of staff who previously shared double offices, a radical and highly successful culture shift for this firm. Developed with and tested by the users, spaces in the suite address individual work styles with open and private team areas, personal phone rooms, lounge spaces, a coffee bar, and multimedia video rooms.
- The firm’s latest collaboration with Elkus Manfredi is the design of a new headquarters building in Boston’s Seaport District, slated for completion in 2019.
