“We were thrilled to introduce both Aloft and Element to Boston. With their distinctive positioning and smart, modern design, these two popular global brands offer tremendous appeal to travelers visiting Boston’s rapidly-growing Seaport District.”

Project Description
- Built on a three-acre site next to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston’s Seaport District, the 13-story, 330-room Aloft hotel is a welcoming beacon designed for hip, tech-savvy guests.
- Planned and designed in tandem with its neighbor, Element Boston Seaport, Aloft’s design aligns with the brand guidelines of Starwood (now part of Marriott International), while creating a “unique-to-Boston” destination and strengthening the urban fabric of its D Street corridor site.
- The first floor lobby offers options for unwinding, socializing, and recharging; an expanded program of event and meeting space lines the hotel’s full-length second-level promenade, and 8,000-sf of street-level retail animates the pedestrian environment.
