Construction has begun for Founders House Detroit, a 313-unit residential community for graduate students and faculty at the University of Michigan Center for Innovation (UMCI). Located within The District Detroit, the project will feature studio- to three-bedroom residences, active ground-floor space, and is targeting LEED Gold certification. Completion is anticipated in summer 2028.
