Designed as a community-connected life science campus just steps from the Charles River in Watertown, the 225,000-SF building blends flexible lab environments with welcoming amenity spaces inspired by multifamily and workplace design. From the double-height lobby and public-facing seating to wellness-focused interiors filled with daylight, the project reflects our goal of designing places that support innovation while strengthening the surrounding community.
