We are seeking an accomplished Workplace Strategist to take on a leading role on multiple projects at once; developing goals and vision, planning concepts and design strategies as the foundation for projects. Experience required in creating the detailed process schedules for implementation of Workplace Strategies and Employee Engagement along with the ability to develop the staff hours commitment for the process.
Solid working knowledge of workplace types, including ABW, is essential, including up to date knowledge of workplace planning metrics. Must be knowledgeable in all phases of workplace design and construction to bring concepts to fruition. Portfolio must clearly demonstrate both workplace strategy experience and the resulting design.
Excellent client engagement skills are a must, and direct client references are preferred. Internal team collaboration and leadership skills are needed to organize and complete deliverables is required.
- Architecture or Interior Design degree
- Minimum 7 years of workplace strategy experience within a design firm
