Project Description

  • One of the most successful vertical retail complex in Manhattan, the 364,000-sf podium was designed by Elkus Manfredi and features a five-story galleria at the heart of the 2.2‑million-sf Deutsche Bank Center (formerly Time Warner Center), which was master planned by Elkus Manfredi.
  • With a soaring atrium linking its two wings, the galleria showcases 40 luxury retailers, six restaurants, and one of the City’s largest supermarkets.
  • The galleria curves concentrically with Columbus Circle, connecting the neighborhoods around it by continuing the City’s natural pedestrian flow into and through its grand space.

Project Description

  • Rising from a podium above the Palisades and the Hudson River and clad in taut glass curtainwall, this mixed-use lifestyle development makes a striking statement and creates a new landmark combining residences, retail, and dining with easy access to Manhattan.
  • The two 47-story towers offer 902 luxury apartments and a collection of shared residential amenities, including flexible lounge and dining areas, private outdoor barbeque niches, a large pool, a great lawn area with a jumbotron, fitness venues, a spa, and a business center.
  • The site’s 1.75-acre public park features a destination restaurant.

Project Description

  • This 14-acre development in Brighton is Boston’s new health and wellness district and is anchored by New Balance’s five-story, 250,000-sf headquarters.
  • When complete, the district will also include a 295-unit residential tower, a 175-room hotel, retail and restaurant space, 650,000 square feet of office space for health-oriented tenants, world-class sports training facilities, and 1.4 acres of public open space.
  • Sports venues include Warrior Ice Arena, a skating rink available to the public that is the training facility for the Boston Bruins professional hockey team; the Auerbach Center, training facility for Boston’s professional basketball team, the Boston Celtics; and a 375,000-sf professional track and training center.
