Construction is underway for 75 Broadway in Cambridge which will be home to Biogen’s new headquarters. This will be the first commercial lab/office building in Kendall Common located in the heart of Kendall Square. This 16-story, 580,000-square-foot tower is a state-of-the-art facility for the pioneering biotechnology company and is expected to be completed in 2028.
