Samuel Norod - AIA, LEED AP
One of the original architects of Elkus Manfredi Architects, Sam Norod has been with the firm since it was founded in 1988, and its Chief Operating Officer since 1997. In his role as COO, Sam works closely with the firm’s other principals and project managers to guide the management of the firm and assure that consistent, timely, cost-effective project management is maintained as a signature quality of all Elkus Manfredi’s assignments. Sam is also an accomplished architect and has served as principal, project manager, and designer on a variety of award-winning projects across the country and overseas, including mixed-use developments, residential, retail, corporate, academic, and institutional work.
Sam received Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, and worked with The Architects Collaborative for eight years prior to joining Elkus Manfredi Architects.
