    Master planning services to create a downtown center for the 5,000-acre former Denver-Stapleton Airport. Elkus Manfredi provided design services for the retail and office space of these mixed-use buildings. Certified Silver under the LEED-CS rating system, October 2006.

  • Belmar | Lakewood, Colorado | silver  

    Master plan and design of 11 buildings, totaling more than three million square feet, to create a new town center. Two of the buildings have been certified Silver under the LEED rating system, July 2005. The planning and execution of urban design and streetscape was featured in the 2009 LEED-ND USGBC webinar series as a successful example of neighborhood development, including mixed uses, liner buildings for parking structures, outdoor seating, active streetscapes, and pedestrian connectivity.

  • Legacy Park | Tustin, California |  

    Design of two high-density blocks of the downtown core of Legacy Park, an 820-acre, sustainable, mixed-use development in the city of Tustin in Orange County, California. The development site is designed for LEED ND certification, the buildings for LEED NC.
