Victory Park Dallas, Texas Elkus Manfredi provided master planning and design of a 65-acre mixed-use development in downtown Dallas adjacent to the new American Airlines Center sports arena, the Arts District, the historic West End, and the intersection of two major highways. The project creatively integrates retail, residential, office, hotel, dining, and entertainment, all connected to a new city park. Additionally, Elkus Manfredi designed the J-block parcel, a 26-story, 150-unit residential tower constructed of glass, white concrete and stainless steel skin reflecting the newest trends in modern living with great vistas and a contemporary aesthetic.

The Colonnade Residences Boston, Massachusetts Elkus Manfredi provided full architectural design services for a new 20-story residential tower. The 99-unit apartment building includes hotel/concierge services and parking facilities. Located at the corner of Huntington Avenue and Garrison Street, The Colonnade Residences reinforces the rich diversity of uses on one of the city’s most important thoroughfares.

InterContinental Boston Hotel and Residences Boston, Massachusetts InterContinental’s new flagship hotel and condominium complex occupies a premiere site on Boston’s Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway and on Fort Point Channel. Its 20-story sculpted glass towers rise above Boston Harbor, reflecting both the mercurial colors of the sky and sea on the waterfront side, and the towers of Boston’s Financial District facing the new Greenway. Along the Channel, the residential and hotel towers step down to the ballroom and restaurant levels opening out to the waterfront plaza and terraced dining areas. The graceful glass curves are shaped to relate to the signature public spaces on both entrance sides of the building, creating dramatic views for guests and residents.

Peninsula Chicago Hotel Chicago, Illinois Elkus Manfredi designed the 390,000 sf, 339-room Peninsula Chicago Hotel above the retail. Ranked among the top hotels in America, the hotel is set back to reinforce the traditional three- to four-story street-level scale of 730 North Michigan Avenue. The Peninsula is entered on Superior Street, where elevators carry visitors to the two-story “sky lobby.” Roofs of the retail spaces below support the hotel’s landscaped terrace, which is flanked by a glass-enclosed ballroom. Crowning the entire complex and surrounded by dramatic views of the City and Lake Michigan is the Peninsula’s spectacular health spa, a space of serene luxury befitting this world-class hotel on Chicago’s most glamorous street.

The Paramount San Francisco, California Elkus Manfredi provided master planning and design services for this 39-story residential tower, overlooking Yerba Buena Center. The structure consists of approximately 500 apartment units, commercial retail on the first two levels, an athletic club and business center for the residential tenants, and a 355-car parking structure. Working with Charles Pankow Builders and Kwan Henmi Architects, the building utilizes a unique hybrid moment resistant frame. This unique system allowed for a significant reduction in schedule and staging, while meeting seismic requirements.

Inn at Penn Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Elkus Manfredi provided the design for the 305,000 square foot University Square development, part of the University of Pennsylvania Campus Master Plan. In addition to the university bookstore, the development consists of the Inn at Penn, a full-service 195,000 square foot, six-story hotel with banquet and meeting rooms, a 3,700 square foot restaurant and bar, a health and fitness club, a gift shop, and valet parking.
